Shipping & Delivery

SHIPPING METHODS

We offer different shipping options: Fedex, UPS, DHL, Chronopost, Colissimo and pick up in store. Some of these options may not be available for certain types of products or certain countries.

Please find below the details of the different transport options.

FEDEX:

Delivery within 24/72 hours after notification of dispatch, tracking number, insurance, signature required on delivery.

UPS:

Delivery within 24/72 hours after notification of dispatch, tracking number, insurance, signature required on delivery.

DHL:

Delivery within 24/72 hours after notification of dispatch, tracking number, insurance, signature required on delivery.

CHRONOPOST:

Delivery within 24/72 hours after notification of dispatch, tracking number, insurance, signature required on delivery.

COLISSIMO:

Delivery within 24/72 hours after notification of dispatch, tracking number, insurance, signature required on delivery.

TO COLLECT IN STORE:

After confirmation by email, the order is available at the bookshop located at 5, rue du Mail, 75002 Paris, France. The withdrawal is made at your convenience during our opening hours (from Tuesday to Saturday, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.).

COUNTRY

We ship worldwide. Depending on the carrier, exceptions may apply for China and Russia.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the weight and volume of the purchase and the delivery address.

They depend on the carrier. The shipping costs of the default carrier are displayed in your basket if you have indicated a delivery address in your account. You can change carrier when placing an order.

TO COLLECT IN STORE

The in-store pickup option will be available at checkout. This option is free. You can choose this option in the "Store pick-up" section. Once selected, your order total will be updated.

TRACKING

All of our shipping methods offer delivery tracking. As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your order by mail. You will also find this tracking number in your order details in your customer account.

Please allow a few hours for the tracking to take effect.

PROCESS

Orders are shipped Tuesday through Friday.

Please allow 24 to 72 hours during this period to prepare your package for shipment. This period may be extended for special or temporarily out of stock items, and in the event of pre-orders.

After the shipment of your order, the delivery time will be 24 hours to 8 working days, depending on the carrier's choice.

Please note that these estimates do not include delays due to customs inspection.

We take the greatest care to pack your purchases, however if it arrives damaged, report it to the delivery person and take a photo before unpacking it.
